The dry leaves are tightly rolled into small, dark green balls, which unfurl during the brewing process to reveal whole leaves with slightly reddish edges, a characteristic feature of oolong teas from the Wuyi Mountains.

Aroma: The aroma of this Organic Oolong Tea is a captivating blend of floral, fruity, and toasty scents. The tea exhibits the distinctive orchid-like fragrance typical of Wuyi oolongs, along with a subtle fruity sweetness. The toasty, roasted notes are a result of the partial oxidation and careful firing process used in producing oolong teas.
