To maintain the freshness and quality of your Sip Steeple tea blends, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odours. We recommend either keeping them in the zip lock pouch that they are packed in, or using an airtight, opaque container to prevent exposure to air, moisture, and light, which can degrade the tea's flavour and potency over time. Proper storage will help prolong the shelf life and ensure the best taste and aroma for your tea.

While many of our tea blends are made from natural ingredients, it's essential to consult with your healthcare provider before consuming any herbal teas or supplements during pregnancy or while nursing. Some herbs and ingredients can have contraindications or effects on pregnant or nursing women. Always check the ingredients listed on the product page and consult with your healthcare provider to ensure a particular blend is safe for your specific situation.

Shipping

We aim to have every order shipped within 24 hours or being placed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the courier's website. Alternatively, you can track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

Currently, we do not ship Internationally. However, feel free to sign up to our newsletter to be notified of any changes regarding shipping outside of Australia.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at info@sipsteeple.com as soon as possible. We will typically work with the courier service to investigate the issue and may be able to offer a replacement or refund in some cases.

To apply a discount code or gift card, enter the code during the checkout process. There is a designated field for entering the code, labelled 'Discount Code'. After entering the code, click 'Apply'. If the code is valid, the total amount due should update accordingly.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of placing your order, please contact info@sipsteeple,com to request a refund.
