  • 500 ml of Water
  • A handful of Lemon Thyme
  • 120 ml of Soju
  • 2 tablespoons of Honey
  • 1 Lemon
  • Crushed Ice as required
  • 1 Egg White (optional)
  • Lemon slices and lemon thyme sprigs for garnish
